Q – Are all the vehicles owned by Supercar Wedding?
A – Only car number 1 - The Porsche 911 (993) Turbo is owned by us, the rest of the cars have built up through a network of trusted vehicle owners with only the best examples of cars and with their own wedding experience.
Q – How often do people book a Supercar for their wedding?
A – It seems that people are looking for wedding cars with a difference these days with 'traditional' wedding vehicles becoming less popular. This is great news for us! Our Supercar site is still fairly new, but typically we receive around 1,500 enquiries per year on our Mustang site! The summer months are particularly busy for bookings so please book early!
Q – Are your Supercars available for self-drive?
A – Sorry, NO Self Drive! All of the vehicles on our website are chauffeur driven only without exception!
Q – How many passengers can you fit in a Supercar?
A – Most vehicles are two seaters so they can only accommodate 1 Passenger. Some do have smaller rear seats where the best man can sometimes squeeze in, but we often do a return trip to get him there in style too!
Q – Can we view the Supercar(s) before the wedding?
A – Yes this can usually be done by arrangement with the owner, but only after deposit has been taken on that car: If you decide against the car for any reason we will give you a full refund of your deposit.
Q – Can I hire a Supercar for a prom arrival/school leavers party?
A – The vast majority of the Supercars on our website are only available for weddings. If you wish to enquire about a Prom please feel free to do so and we will ask the owners.
Q – What will the driver wear?
A – All our drivers are required to be smartly dressed (dark suit).
Q – What happens if you are late or break down?
A – For longer journeys the risk of delay does increase however we always try and provide ample time to get to the pick up location. In the case of a breakdown en-route to you we will attempt to secure another Supercar. Although the likelihood of breakdown is low, we would recommend to all our customers that they nominate a friend or guest at the wedding to be on standby with their car. If this does occur we provide a full refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
Q – How can I book a car?
A – You can see details of all the cars on the ‘Our Cars’ page, once you click on a vehicle you are able to enquire. You can also add a note on the enquiries form about any additional cars you may be interested in.
Q – How much is the deposit?
A – To book a car a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due a minimum 14 days before the wedding and is paid directly to the car owner. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
Q – What will I have as confirmation of my booking?
A – Once a deposit has been received, you will be sent a booking confirmation via email. This has all your details for the day for you to confirm, it also has the car owners contact details should you need or want to speak to them before your big day! A copy of the booking confirmation is also sent to the owner, so they in-turn have all of your contact details too.
